Mvin's Terms Of Service

Thank you so much for considering my services! Please make sure to familiarize yourself with my TOS before sending me a request.

GENERAL

  • Commissioner can request artwork of characters from pre-existing media and/or original characters

  • I will draw masculine characters, feminine characters, furry, anthro, human/oid, gore/guro and artistic nudity

  • I will not draw fetish art, works that decipher any form of discrimination, racism, homophobia, ableism or sexism and/or other topics that I see as problematic

  • I, the artist, retain all rights to all the commissioned artwork. I also have the rights to decline a commission

PAYMENT

  • Payment must be made after the initial sketch is sent. If payment is not made, the commission will not proceed

  • Deliberately delaying a payment in the wishes of obtaining a free sketch without paying will not be tolerated and will result in being blacklisted

  • (VGen) If an order is made through VGen, the payment must also be completed through VGen

  • I accept payment through both PayPal and VGen. Payment info stays private in-between the client and me

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Commissioner may use the artwork as an icon in social media, with credit

  • Commissioner MAY NOT claim the artwork as their own. Properly credit me, 40mvin, if asked

  • Commissioner is strictly permitted from re-selling my work and/or using it for AI-generative and NFT/crypto purposes

REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. I do not accept refunds unless I am unable to finish the artwork, or if a request is cancelled before I have begun working.

Here's what my usual workflow for commissions looks like:

  1. Commissioner sends me a a request through VGen or Direct Messages

  2. I review the request and see if I'm the right fit for a commissioner's needs

  3. I sketch out the commission and check in with the commissioner to confirm, that it's up to their liking. Revisions are possible here. Previews/WIPs will be watermarked and in low quality

  4. Commissioner makes the payment after we settle with the sketch

  5. I will reach out again, after I'm done with the lineart / flat colors to see if anything is in need of revision. Minor revisions are possible here. Previews/WIPs will be watermarked and in low quality

  6. I will move on to the rendering process and deliver the finished work as soon as I see it done

I do not accept rush orders, so please commission only if you are willing to wait!

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

My initial TAT (Turnaround Time) varies from a week to a month. I try to finish my artworks within two weeks or less, unless I am busy with personal matters. I will notify the commissioner ASAP, if something gets in my way and delays my work.
